Store Policies

SITE USER POLICY

You must register with EWI Jewelry to order.  To register for an account, simply click on Register at the top of any page and fill out the requested information.  You will create your own password during registration.  By submitting your request, you agree to the following:

  1. You are the owner of or qualified buyer for a business in a jewelry related field.
  2. The purpose of ordering from EWI Jewelry is to resale the products being purchased.
  3. All information submitted on the "Register" page of ewijewelry2.com is complete and accurate.
  4. You will keep your information updated with EWI Jewelry should there be any changes.
  5. You will accept all future policy changes from EWI Jewelry.
  6. You are a qualified business with proper business documentation, i.e. Tax Number

EWI Jewelry reserves the right to deny or revoke accounts for, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  1. False or inaccurate information about you or the business that you represent.
  2. You do not provide all required information as stated on the "Register" page of ewijewelry2.com.
  3. Failure to make payment on your account.

PRIVACY POLICY  

We value the privacy of our customers, and any information you disclose to EWI Jewelry will be kept private.  We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with other companies or individuals.  The checkout process and all financial transactions done through this site are done through an SSL page for your protection.

You can shop at www.ewijewelry2.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

www.ewijewelry2.com is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new items or special offers we think you will find valuable.  If you prefer not to receive this information, you may send an e-mail to ewijewelry@windstream.net with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

All volume discounts will be automatically applied during the checkout process.  The discounts do not appear in your cart total but will appear on the invoice that you will see before you confirm and submit your order.  We offer the following volume discounts:

  1. *Your cart total = $200.00 to $599.99 - 5% will be deducted from your cart total.
  2. *Your cart total = $600.00 to $1999.99- 10% will be deducted from your cart total.
  3. *Your cart total = $2000.00 or more - Call or email for volume discount.

Based on your order history, you may qualify for a "Fixed Volume Discount" so that you will receive the same discount each time you place an order with us.  This means that after you qualify for a "Fixed Volume Discount," when you place an order, your cart total will not be the deciding factor for the amount of discount you will receive.  For example:  Let's say that your order history has qualified you for the 10% fixed volume discount.  Today you place an order and all items *qualify for volume discounts (no closeouts or specials, see below), your cart total only comes to $150.00.  Normally, you would not receive any volume discount; but since you qualify for the 10% fixed volume discount, your total will actually be $135.00 plus shipping, handling, and insurance.

Criteria we consider before approving you for a "Fixed Volume Discount" include:

  1. Your individual order totals
  2. Your total number of orders and order amounts during a specific time
  3. Your frequency of orders

No type of  volume discount will apply to shipping, handling or insurance charges.

* Automatic volume discounts and/or fixed volume discounts may not apply to some items, i.e. thumb rings, closeouts, and specials.  The prices shown for these items will be the final price.  These items will be noted, Volume discounts do not apply to the price of this item, on the product detail page.  The total prices for these items are not used towards reaching the minimum requirements of volume discounts.

DELIVERY TIME POLICY

To ensure that we deliver you the best in quality in the shortest period of time, the items you order will undergo a few final steps before we ship them to you.  Most orders will ship out of our facility within two business days.  Larger quantity orders may take a little longer.  Holidays that fall on weekdays will have an impact as well.  During the Christmas season, it is recommended that you place your orders as early as possible to allow for any potential delays due to a seasonal increase in orders.  We cannot guarantee that you will receive any orders placed seven business days or less prior to December 24 in time to resale before Christmas.

Any orders placed on weekdays after 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time or on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  The Christmas season typically begins in late October and continues through December 25.

SHIPPING

We use UPS for all of our shipping.  When registering with us, please be sure to enter your shipping address as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not included in our product prices or your cart.  These charges will be applied during checkout where you may choose from a selection of shipping methods, and your cost will be displayed and added to your invoice before you confirm and submit your order.

For Domestic shipping (delivery within the United States) we offer these shipping methods; UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Next Day Air.

For International shipping (delivery outside of the United States) we offer these shipping methods; UPS Worldwide Expedited SM - delivery by the end of the day in 2 - 5 business days depending on which country and UPS Worldwide Saver SM - delivery by the end of the day in 1 - 3 business days depending on which country.

International Shipments; any customs charges will be added to your invoice just prior to shipping.  These charges will not be displayed on your invoice when you submit your order.  Any duties or taxes imposed by the country of receipt will be billed to you in a seperate billing by UPS.  For more information about these charges you can visit www.ups.com/globaladvisor.

No type of volume discount will apply to shipping, handling, or insurance charges.

RETURN POLICY

We must be notified of any potential returns within five business days of your receipt of the merchandise.  Failure to do so may result in this policy being voided.

  1. Should a product be damaged when you receive it, you may return the product for an exchange of the same product at no charge or receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item.
  2. Exchanges or credits will not be done until we have received the damaged product back at our facility.
  3. We do not accept responsibility for normal wear and tear nor do we repair or replace any damages that occur after you receive the merchandise.
