The cost's displayed will include shipping, handling and insurance charges.
International Shipments; any customs charges will be added to your invoice just prior to shipping. These charges will not be displayed on your invoice when you submit your order. Any duties or taxes imposed by the country of receipt will be billed to you in a seperate billing by UPS. For more information about these charges you can visit www.ups.com/globaladvisor.

You can have your password emailed to you at the email address you provided when you registered by clicking on Lost Your Password? at the top of any page.
5. Are your settings plated?
No. All of our settings are made from solid 14K or 10K gold or solid sterling silver.
6. Can your ring settings be sized?
Yes. Because we cast our settings in solid gold and sterling silver, they can be easily sized by an experienced jeweler. Please note that our sterling silver rings are available in whole finger sizes from 5 through 10.
7. Are the stones in your jewelry natural (real)?
We use natural, synthetic, lab-created, and synthetic Cubic Zirconia stones in our jewelry. Any stones that are not natural will be labeled as "Synthetic," "Lab," or "CZ". Some natural stones are treated to enhance their color, but they are still considered to be natural stones.
8. Please explain your stone sizes.
Our settings are designed to fit calibrated stone sizes recognized throughout the jewelry industry. What this means is that the stones are cut to dimensional sizes instead of weight sizes (carat weight). These dimensions are the length of a stone by the width of a stone and are measured in millimeters (mm).
9. Do you charge sales tax?
No. We only sell to qualified wholesale buyers, therefore there is no sales tax.
10. Do you sell blank settings?
Yes. We have thousands of different mountings from which to choose. You can view them by visiting our mountings catalog at www.ewijewelry.com.
